For this luncheon, lobster salad endive spears and mascarpone filled gougères were to enjoy with mimosas. For the main course, a wild mushroom tart with a field green salad and a three pea chicken salad on arugula paired with a rosemary scone and lemon thyme muffin were served. Dessert was a mini pumpkin bundt cake, chocolate mousse and a gluten-free chocolate almond cookie.
A fun, Boston themed high school graduate party. Throughout the gathering, trays of lobster rolls, crab cake morsels and sweet potato fries were passed around. Also, there was a buffet that offered Fenway dogs, Boston baked beans, Cape Cod chips, Cape Cod salad and Boston brown bread. Dessert rounded out the menu with Boston cream pie cupcakes, whoopie pies and mini apple & cherry pies.
At this intimate family wedding, prawns in gazpacho, polenta with mushroom ragu and different flatbreads were passed around while pictures were being taken. For dinner, filet with roasted shallot sauce, lobster mac n’ cheese, salmon with orange sauce, grilled veggie platter and a beer and blackberry salad were offered. Lastly, wedding cake and bite sized desserts ended a lovely day.
