For this casual get together with friends, the night started with light appetizers and cocktails. Following was a dinner buffet: bourbon glazed flank steak on orzo pilaf, Mediterranean orzo salad, roast asparagus, strawberry and artichoke heart salad and warm biscuits. Dessert was fresh peach cobbler and chocolate cookies.
A vacationing family from San Francisco surprised their client with his favorite meal at a beautiful spot on the Pacific.
Appetizers were served on the beach: hot corn and jalapeño dip, house made guacamole and spicy crab cakes with mango pico de gallo.
Dinner buffet followed with three kinds of enchiladas, black beans, Spanish rice, South West Caesar and grilled squash with fresh salsa verde.

Strawberry gazpacho and field greens with berries and candied pecans were to start; grilled chicken with cilantro lime dressing on summer succotash and house made breads followed. To finish, dessert was lemon cake and profiteroles.
To celebrate this milestone birthday, the private dinner started off with Mediterranean appetizers, followed by a four course dinner. The dinner consisted of a house-made crab ravioli with Chardonnay sauce, an Alaskan halibut with basil vinaigrette and a filet with creamy horseradish and fingerling potatoes. There was a duo of desserts: banana cream tartlet and a carrot cake.
